What if your item(s) arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect?
At KeepFitt we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at info@keepfitt.co and we’ll be sure to get you the product you ordered at zero cost!
Please email us with (1) a reason for refund, return or exchange, (2) images supporting the application and (3) order # must be provided to place an application. We will email you a return document to mail in with your item as well as the return address. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded (if you paid any) and you might be responsible for the returned shipping costs.
- Refund, return or exchange application must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- Items accepted should not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged.
- KeepFitt will not be held liable for any damages caused to the product(s) or packaging by an external party, courier service or during the delivery route.
- All returned items for return or exchange must be in original packaging exactly as it was received.
If this is not the case your item cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
Exchanges are only applicable to the same product type purchased. Should the said product(s) be out of stock at the point of intended exchange, you will be contacted directly with exchange options.
KeepFitt holds the right to deny any refund, return and exchange that does not meet our requirements, even when we have received the returned product(s) if we found out the condition of the product(s) is different from what you have provided in the application. Any product(s) sent by the customer without prior exchange approval by KeepFitt will not be accepted.
Sale Items are final and may not be refunded, returned or exchanged.
